Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup finely chopped cucumbers
- 2 T finely chopped onion
- 2 T finely chopped bell pepper
- 1 small finely chopped jalapeno pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Using a fork, mix finely chopped vegetables into the softened cream cheese.
Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, thin Triscuits.
