Apple Cheesecake Breakfast Quesadilla


Quesadillas for breakfast! This apple cheesecake breakfast quesadilla is filled with freshly sliced apples, cream cheese and sugar, rubbed with butter and cinnamon.

  • 1 large (10 inch burrito size) flour tortilla
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 small apple, thinly sliced
  • Butter
  • Cinnamon
  • Sugar

Step 1

Heat a griddle or pan to medium heat.

Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy. Spread over 1/2 of the tortilla, and fold the other 1/2 of the tortilla over.

Cook the quesadilla in the pan until golden on both sides.

Brush both sides of hot quesadilla with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar mixture.
