Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1/8 cup butter
  • 1/8 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Cook and drain macaroni.

Meanwhile, in a 3 qt saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, mustard, and Woostershire sauce. Cook over low heat, stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute, remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.

Gently stir macaroni into cheese sauce and pour into ungreased 2 qt casserole.

Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly.
