Artichoke Caviar Dip

Ingredients
- 4 hard boiled eggs peeled and chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cans artichoke hearts chopped
- 8 green onions sliced both green and white parts
- 1 o ounces black caviar drained

Preparation
Step 1
Drain caviar of all fluids.
Place chopped artichoke hearts on bottom of serving bowl. Put chopped eggs on top of artichoke hearts and cover with the mayonnaise. Place sliced green onions on top of mayo. Spoon drained caviar all over the top of the dip to cover most of the green onions.
Cover and refrigerate over night. Serve with crackers.
