Yummy Hot Beef Sandwiches

  • 4-5 lb. beef arm roast (English roast)
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 2 C. beef stock



Step 1

Put beef roast in a slow cooker. Mix the 2 cans of soup together with the stock and onion soup mix. Pour over the beef.

Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Use forks to shred the beef.

Serve warm with the sauce on hard rolls.
