Ingredients

  • 4 cups bite sized pieces of roasted turkey
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, coarsley broken
  • 3 celery stalks, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup red grapes, sliced in half (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix turkey, celery and walnuts together. Add salt and black pepper. In a separate bowl, mix or whisk mayonnaise and honey mustard vinaigrette together well. Add mayonnaise mixture to turkey and blend.

Serve on crusty french bread or on a bed of crisp lettuce. Garnish with grapes.
