Sweet and Sour Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients
- 1/4 lb sliced bacon, diced
- 2-16 oz packages frozen Brussels Sprouts, thawed
- 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground mustard
- 1/8 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a dutch oven, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and drain.
2. In the bacon drippings, saute Brussels Sprouts and onions until crisp-tender. Add the vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 4-5 minutes until sprouts are tender. Stir in bacon.
