Ingredients
- 2-15 1/2 oz cans Blackeye peas, drained and rinsed
- 3 Tomatoes, diced, 1/4"
- 2 Mangoes, diced, 1/4"
- 3 Green onions, diced, 1/4"
- 1/2 cup Veggie Oil
- 1/4 cup White Vinegar
- 1 Juice of lime
- 2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Pinch of Hot Pepper if wanted

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
2. For best results, refrigerate for four hours prior to serving.
Serve with grilled fish, chicken, or meats.
