- 1 1/4 C seeded raisins
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1/3 C water
- Dash of salt
- 1 C finely chopped nuts
- Grated rind of 1 lemon

Preparation
Step 1
Force raisins through food chopper
Add sugar, water, salt
Cook 5 min, stirring often
Remove from heat
Add nuts and lemon rind
Cool
