Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs ground meat (turkey or beef)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 Tbsp margarine
- 24 ounce can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 box large shell noodles
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- fresh spinach, chopped
- fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- fresh mozarella

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat and chopped onion, add tomato sauce, fresh tomatoes, salt and pepper. Remove from heat. In a small bowl mix cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, spinach and some mozzarella. Cook noodles half way and drain. Butter a 2 QT casserole dish and spread a little bit of the meat sauce on the bottom. Add the noodles on next after they have been stuffed with the cream cheese mixture. Add remaining meat mixture on top of the noodles. Add mozzarella cheese on top. Bake 45 minutes at 350.
