PREHEAT OVEN TO 350, GREASE AND FLOUR 10 INCH BUNDT PAN COMBINE APPLES WITH T TBLS OF GRANULATED SUGAR AND CINNAMON AND SET ASIDE COMBINE FLOUR BAKING POWDER AND SALT IN BOWL AND SET ASIDE BEAT EGGS WITH REMAINING GRANULATED SUGAR AND BROWN SUGAR, ADD VEGETABLE OIL,ORANGE JUICE AND VANILLA. BEAT WELL. GRADUALLY ADD FLOUR MIXTURE AND MIX UNTIL WELL BLENDED-ABOUT A MINUTE POUR 1/3 OF BATTER INTO PAN. TOP WITH 1/2 THE APPLE SLICES, DRAINING OFF ANY LIQUID. POUR IN 1/2 THE REMAINING BATTER AND TOP WITH REST OF APPLE SLICES. TOP WITH REMAINING BATTER MAKING SURE APPLES ARE COVERED. BAKE 55-60 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND INSERTED KNIFE COMES OUT CLEAN. LET COOL 10 MINS IN PAN. TURN ONTO WIRE RACK AND COOL COMPLETELY.
