Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 (10 oz.) Can Evaporated Milk
- 2 Cups Peas, cooked
- 1 Tube Buttermilk Biscuits

Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef and onion in skillet. Stir the flour, salt, and pepper into skillet. Stir the milk and peas into skillet. Heat for 3 minutes. Pour into greased casserole dish and arrange the biscuits on top. Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
