Ingredients
- Topping (and base)
- 18 T. butter or margarine
- 18 T. flour
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c. quick-cook rolled oats
- 6 c. cut rhubarb
- 2 T. flour
- 2 t. cinnamon
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 . t. salt
- 2 T. water
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350
Cream butter with flour, brown sugar; stir in oats. Put half on the base of a 13x9x2 GREASED baking dish.
Combine other ingredients, put on top of the base.
Sprinkle remaining topping over rhubarb.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
