CHICKEN MUSHROOM BAKE

Ingredients

• Chicken cutlets.
• egg
• Italian bread crumbs
• Munster cheese
• vegetable oil
• mushrooms
• beef broth

Preparation

Step 1

Bread chicken cutlets in egg and Italian bread crumbs

Brown the breaded cutlets in a frying pan or in the oven using vegetable oil (the cutlets do not need to be cooked through because you will be baking them). Place browned cutlets in a baking pan.

Place a slice of Munster cheese (or another type you like)on top of each cutlet

Place sliced mushrooms over cutlets and cheese. Pour a can of beef broth over the entire pan.

Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.

This can be made ahead and baked before you are ready to serve it.

Side of green beans go well with this dish.
