Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1/3 c. Lemon juice concentrate
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. Water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c. Whipping cream, whipped

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, beat eggs, 1/2 c. Sugar and lemon juice. In a sauce pan combine remaining sugar and cornstarch and stir in water. Cook and stir until thickened. Add egg mixture and cook. Add vanilla, cool. Fold in whipped cream. Serve with fresh fruit. Refrigerate leftovers.
