Ingredients
- 2 tsp. Olive Oil
- 28 Lg. Shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1/3 C. Sauvignon Blanc or other dry white wine
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 C. Fresh Italian Flat-Leaf Parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a lg. skillet over med-high heat. Add shrimp; saute for 1 min. Add garlic; saute for 1 min. Stir in wine, salt & pepper; bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to med; cook 30 sec, add parsley & juice; toss well to coat. Cook 1 min. or till shrimp are done. Serve.
