Slow Cooker Shredded Beef Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 cup water
- 1 can 4 oz diced Green chilies
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 3 oz taco sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Beef and Onion in a 4 quart slow cooker. Combine water and seasoning mix in a small bowl. Pour over beef and onion. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Transfer beef to cutting board; shred beef with two forks. Place in a large bowl. Stir in taco sauce and chilies. Fill taco shells or tortillas with beef mixture. Top with cheese or other fillings.
