Ingredients

    3oz pkg cream cheese 2 T Flour

  • 2

    T Butter 2/3 c milk (probably can use Skim)

  • 1/2

    c sugar (probably can use Splenda) 1/4 c fresh lemon juice (1 1/2 lemon)

  • 1

    egg 2 T grated lemon rind

Directions

Cream cream cheese & butter. Add sugar & egg. Mix well. Add flour & milk. Stir in lemon juice & rind. Pour into unbaked 9" graham cracker pie shell. Bake 35 min (or until a little brown on top) in 350 degree oven. Let cool in oven. When cool put the canned comstock cherries on top. For a nice finish throw some crushed graham crackers on top of cherries. I buy canned Comstock cherries but you put any fruit on top You can make your own graham cracker crust or buy a 9" pie shell. You can also make it a little smaller by using 1 8oz pkg cc and a 8" pie shell
