Trout (hel forrel) in white wine

Ingredients

  • 2 trouts (eller hele foreler)
  • Butter
  • Fresh parsley; Chopped
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • Salt
  • 1 lemon/lime
  • Dry white wine

Cooking time 60mins

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200C.

Take scales of the fish with a knife.

Mix butter, garlic, parsley and salt together. Make 3 slices into each fish and put mix in the slid.

Place the fish in ovenproof dish.

Add white wine (around 5-7 mm height), top with tinfoil and and bake for ~30 min - allowing the fish to be well steamed.

Serve with potatoes and vegetables.
