  • 1/2 cup sliced onion
  • 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup A.1. BOLD & SPICY Steak Sauce
  • 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
  • 2 (8 oz) beef club or strip steaks, about 1 inch thick

Preparation

Step 1

1. Saute onion in margarine in mediu, skillet over medium heat until tender, about 5 minutes.

2. Add mushrooms; saute 5 minutes more.

3.Stir in steak sauce, heat to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes; stir in sour cream.

4. Cook and stir until heated through ( do not boil); keep warm.

5. Grill staks over medium heat 5 minutes on each side or until done. Serve steaks topped with mushroom sauce.
