Low Sodium Macaroni & Cheese
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounce size) low sodiumchicken broth
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 6-7 slices swiss or provolone cheese, cut up
- 3 cups dry elbow macaroni

Cook macaroni as directed but omit salt.
In medium saucepan gradually mix broth into flour and pepper until smooth. Add milk. Over medium heat, cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
Add cheese. Cook until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Toss with macaroni.
