Bouillon Mushroom Rice

This is an old recipe and when I made it recently I could not find canned beef bouillon so I substituted a can of Beef Broth and it worked great!
This is a great side dish to serve with any type of beef entree.

Ingredients
- 1 cup raw rice. (I use raw brown rice, but not Instant)
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 can Beef Bouillon.
- 1 small jar Mushrooms
- 1 small can Dawn Fresh Mushroom Steak Sauce

Servings 4
Preparation time 10mins
Cooking time 70mins

Step 1
Mix ingredients together and put in pyrex casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
For the last 15 minutes, I usually cover with casserole lid or aluminum foil, but not necessary to do.
