Ingredients

  • 1

    Tb of butter and add

  • 1

    pint of sliced button mushrooms and

  • ¼

    tsp salt or to taste

  • ¼

    cup of sherry and saute until mushrooms have shrunken and are soft (8 min on medium heat).

  • 1

    cup rice

  • 1

    can of French onion soup

  • ½

    soup can of water

  • ¼

    c or less of Parmesan cheese

  • Rosemary to taste

Directions

Saute' mushrooms in butter, salt, & rosemary until the mushrooms have shrunken and are soft (about 8 minutes on medium heat Pour mushrooms and excess cooking liquid into a measuring cup and add water (or more sherry!) until it totals 1 cup Add mushrooms & liquid to rice, soup, and water Steam in the rice cooker or on the stove if you prefer Garnish with Parmesan cheese and rosemary
