Ingredients
- Marinade:
- 1 lb. salmon fillet
- juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- ground pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup maple syrup

Step 1
Rinse fish with cold water. Squeeze fresh juice over top. Place in a 9" X 14" pan and set aside. Mix all ingredients of marinade together. Pour over fish and broil for about 15 mins., until done.
