Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons turkey fat or vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 2 carrots, peeled, diced, and steamed
- 2 cups diced cooked turkey meat
- 1 cup gravy or heavy cream
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 prepared pie dough

Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet, heat turkey fat over high heat. Add onions and saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Add carrots, turkey meat, and gravy and cook 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper our into a deep pie dish and top with pie dough. Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until crust is golden.
