Cheesy Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 1can1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
• 2cups2 cups sour cream
• 1/2teaspoon1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4teaspoon1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 8cups8 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/3cup1/3 cup sliced green onion
• 1package1 package 30 oz Ore-Ida Country style Hash Browns thawed or 6 cups
• 2cups2 cups crushed corn flake cereal
• 1/4cup1/4 cup butter melted

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees coat 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray
In large bowl whisk together soup, sour cream, salt and pepper
Stir in cheese, onion,and Hash Browns until well mixed, pour into baking dish
In a medium bowl mix together cereal and melted butter Sprinkle evenly over hash browns mixture
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving garnish with additional sliced green onion if desired
serves 8 about 1 cup per serving
