Chicken and Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. dried basil
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. powdered rosemary
- 1 pound skinless boneless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 pound whole wheat spaghetti

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oil in a pan, then stir in the basil, garlic, oregano, and rosemary.
2. Add the chicken and reduce heat to medium, stirring constantly.
3. When the chicken is done, add the mushrooms.
4. Reduce heat and cover and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Serve over hot pasta.
