Creamy Pork Pot Pie

Ingredients
- 1/4 c butter, cubed
- 1/2 c flour
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) chicken broth
- 3/4 c milk
- 2 1/2 c cubed cooked pork
- 2 1/2 c frozen broccoli-cauliflour blend
- 1 1/2 c (6 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- dash pepper
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg lightly beaten

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large saucepan, melt butter. stir in flour until smooth; gradually add broth and milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickended. Add the pork, vedetables, cheese, seasoned salt and pepper; heat through.
2. Transfer to a greased 11in x 7 in baking dish. On a lightly floured surface, roll pastry into an 11 in x 7in rectangle. Place over pork mixture. Brush with an egg.
3. Bake, uncovered, at 425 for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
