  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 3-4 tablespoons 2%milk
  • 2 teaspoons shallot, minced
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
  • Salt and white pepper, to taste

Step 1

Combine all ingredients together except the salt and pepper.

Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan over medium-low heat and heat until melted and smooth, stirring constantly.
