Stuffing Stuffed Boneless Chicken Breast

- Boneless chicken breast pounded thin
- 6 oz. stovetop stuffing mix dry
- 1 cup water
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp. paprika
Preheat oven to 400.
In bowl mix stuffing mix and water, mix well and let sit for 5 minutes. Add the beaten egg.
Place chicken on board and fill with stuffing mixture... Roll to close and place seam side down in baking pan sprayed with Pam.
Mix can of soup and milk together. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for 30 minutes
