Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. stew meat
  • 1 med. onion, sliced
  • Celery, chopped
  • Carrots, sliced
  • Potatoes, cup up
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. instant tapioca
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 12 oz. can V-8

Preparation

Step 1

Layer meat first, then vegetables.
Sprinkle w/sugar, tapioca and salt.
Pour juice over all.

Cover and bake at 250 degrees for AT LEAST 4 hours, but can do even 5 or 6.
