Ingredients
- 1/2 BAG RED POTATOS COOKED SKIN ON IS OPTIONAL
- 5 - 6 HARD BOILED EGGS
- 2 STALKS CELERY
- 1/2 WHITE ONION
- 1/2 LB BACON
- 1 CUP MAYO (ONLY AN ESTIMATE)
- 1/2 TSP MUSTARD (ONLY AN ESTIMATE)
- SALT
- PEPPER

Preparation
Step 1
COOK POTATOS, BACON, AND EGGS.
ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER SAVE ONE EGG AND SLICE FOR THE TOP AS A GARNISH. ADD ABOUT 1 CUP MAYO OR MORE DEPENDING ON IF YOU LIKE IT CREAMY ADD A 1/2 TSP OF YELLOW MUSTARD ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO YOUR LIKING. MIX WELL. TOP WITH SLICED EGG AND SPRINKLE PAPRIKA ON TOP. REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT.
