Ingredients
- 1/2 c. chopped shallots
- 3 Tbs butter
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1/4 c. cold butter
- 1 egg
- 1 c. milk
- 3/4 c. crumbled blue cheese
- 2 Tbs grated parmesan cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven 325. Grease loaf pan
saute shallots in 3 Tbs butter until tender. set aside
In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and mustard. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. In a small bowl, whisk eggs and milk. Stir into crumb until just moistened. Fold in cheeses and shallots.
Transfer into greased loaf pan. Bake 50-60 mins or until center is set.
Cool for 10 mins, remove from pan and cool on wire rack
