Ingredients

  • 2

    lbs bulk breakfast sausage

  • 1

    6oz box cheese flavored croutons

  • 2

    cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 6

    eggs

  • cups milk

  • 1

    10oz can cream of mushroom soup mixed with ½ cup milk

Directions

1. Brown sausage and drain well. Spread in 13x9x2 dish. 2. Sprinkle with croutons 3. Beat eggs and 2 ½ cups of milk and por over all. 4. Sprinkle with cheese 5. Cover and refrigerate overnight if you want to – you do not have to. 6. Before baking, blend soup with ½ cup milk and pour over all 7. Bake at 350 uncovered for 1-1 ½ hours. Let set before cutting
