Ingredients

  • 3 6-inch corn tortillas, cut in strips.
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 cup purchased red or green salsa
  • 1 14 oz. cans reduced- sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups cubed cooked turkey(12 oz.)
  • 1 large zucchini,coarsely chopped
  • Lime wedges(optional)
  • Sour cream and cilantro(optional)

Preparation

Step 1

1. In large skillet cook tortilla strips in hot oil untill crispy; remove with spotted spoon and drain on paper towling.
2.In large saucepan combine salsa and chicken broth; bring to boiling over medium-high heat. Stir in turkey and zucchini; heat through. Searve in bowls; top with tortilla strips, lime wedges,sour cream, and cilantro.
