- 1 white cake mix
- 3 egg whites
- 2 T. oil
- 4/3 C. milk
- 1 15 oz. can cream of coconut
- 2 C. coconut
- 1 small container of cool-whip

Step 1
combine cake mix, egg whites, oil, milk, and 1 c. coconut. Pout into 9x13" pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min. Let cake cool about 10 min. With a fork poke several holes in cake. Pout cream of coconut over cake and let liquid absorb into cake.
Frost cake with one small carton of cool-whip and remaining 1 c. coconut. Revridgerate for several hours. SERVE CHILLED.
