Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef round, 1/4 inch thick
  • 1/2 c. basil, minced
  • 2 oz roasted red pepper
  • 1/4 c. parmesan cheese
  • 6 slices prosciutto
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 c. onion, diced
  • 2 c. tomato sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Pound beef very thin, put red peper slice on each, top with basi and parm cheese. Then roll tightly.

Heat a little oil, garlic and onion in a pan. Add steak rolls and brown on all sides.

Remove steak rolls and place in baking dish with garlic and onion. Pour sauce over top.

Cook at 300 for 1 1/2 hrs.
