Ingredients
- 3/4 Lb. Stew Meat or Cube Steak, cubed
- 1 C. Water
- 1 Can (8 oz) Tomato Sauce
- 1 Small Potato, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 C. Sliced Fresh Carrots
- 1/2 Small Onion, cut in thin wedges
- 1 Small Red or Green Pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Onion Soup Mix
- 1/2 Tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 Tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 C/ Frozen Peas

Recipe said to use saucepan. I used slow-cooker and cooked all day.
I added peas about 1/2 hour before serving.
