Ingredients

  • 3/4 Lb. Stew Meat or Cube Steak, cubed
  • 1 C. Water
  • 1 Can (8 oz) Tomato Sauce
  • 1 Small Potato, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 C. Sliced Fresh Carrots
  • 1/2 Small Onion, cut in thin wedges
  • 1 Small Red or Green Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion Soup Mix
  • 1/2 Tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 C/ Frozen Peas

Step 1

Recipe said to use saucepan. I used slow-cooker and cooked all day.

I added peas about 1/2 hour before serving.
