COOKIES: COCONUT MACAROONS

Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 3/4 c. sugar
- dash salt
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 7 oz. package coconut
Details
Preparation
Step 1
In medium bowl mix egg whites, sugar, salt & vanilla.
Add flour & blend well.
Fold in coconut.
Drop with teaspoons, 1 inch apart, on FOIL lined cookie sheet.
Bake in 325 degree oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
Cool on cookie sheet.
Remove & store in tightly covered cookie jar.
Makes 24-30 macaroons
