Ingredients

  • 1 can sour pitted cherries - drained
  • 1 can crushed pineapple - drain and reserve juice
  • 1 orange - use the juice and grated rind
  • 1 lemon - use the juice and grated rind
  • 1 pkg lemon jello
  • 1 pkg unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine pineapple, orange and lemon juices and rinds in small pan. If there is less than 1 cup of juice, add water to bring total to 1 cup.
Add sugar and heat.
Stir in jello until dissolved.
Use a small amount of hot juices to dissolve gelatin and then add to other juices.
Sir in cherries and pineapple and pour into a mold.
Chill until set.
