Ingredients

  • Crab Appetizer
  • I call them crabbie patties because I watch a lot of Sponge Bob with the kids.
  • 1 cube butter
  • 1 jar (5 oz.) Old English cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp mayo
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1 6-7 oz. can crabmeat-drained-flaked
  • 6 english muffins

Preparation

Step 1

soften butter-blend w/cheese then add rest of ingredients.
crab meat last.
spread on muffin ( I toast first) halves. Put on cookie sheet and freeze
when frozen store in baggies in freezer. When ready to cook, take
out as many as you want, cut into fourths and broil on cookie sheet until
brown and bubbly. This way you always have them ready when company comes
