Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb lean beef stew meat
- 1 T canola oil
- 2 cans (14 oz) beef broth
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 T soy sauce.
- 3 medium potatoes (about 1 lb)
- 3 medium carrots
- 3 celery ribs, chopped
- 2 T Worshestershire
- 2 T steak sauce
- 1 T garlic powder
- 1/4 t oregano
- 1/8 t nutmeg
- 1/8 t pepper
- 2 c frozen corn
- 1 3/4 c green beans

Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef in medium heat. Add broth, watere and soy sauce. Bring to a boil and cover and simmer 1 hour. Add potatoes, carrots, celery, Worcestershire sauce, steak sauce, and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes until vegetables are tender. Add corn and beans. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover and simmer for 10 minutes
