Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 6 large eggs
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 c. chopped chives

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400
Combine water and butter in heavy saucepan; bring to boil
Combine flour, pepper & garlic in bowl and mix well
Add flour mixture to saucepan and cook
beat with a wooden spoon 5 mins or until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a smooth ball
Remove from heat and cool 5 mins
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
Beat in cheese, bacon and chives
Drop rouned teaspoonfuls on lightly greased baking sheet
Bake 20-25 mins or until golden brown
