Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 3 cups chopped peeled apples
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 2 (9") round pans.
In large bowl with mixer at low speed beat first 10 ingredients 2 minutes, scraping bowl frequently. Batter will be thick. With spoon stir in apples, raisins and nuts.
spoon batter into pans. Bake for 45 minutes or until tester inserted comes out clean. Cool in pans for 10 minutes before removing from pans. Cool and then it can be frosted with Cool Whip or a cream cheese icing.
