Sour Cream Apple Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup Flour
  • 6 Apples, sliced or cubed
  • 2/3 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 3 Tbs. Butter
  • 2-3 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar to taste
  • 1-9 " Pie Crust

Step 1

Mix butter, sugar and flour into crumbs. Sprinkle 1/4 of the crumbs into the bottom of shell. Put in apples and heap them in the pie. Sprinkle apples with cider vinegar. Mix 1/2 the remaining crumbs with sour cream and pour mixture over apples. Mix the remaining crumbs with cinnamon and sprinkle over top. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 10 minutes until the crust browns slightly and then reduce heat to 350 degrees foe another 30 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
