Ingredients
- 2 lbs turkey breast tenderloins
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 4 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp cold water
- 2 tbsp sliced green onions
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Step 1
Place turkey in slow cooker.
Sprinkle with black and cayenne pepper
In a small bowl combine chicken broth, soy sauce, ginger, lemon juice, sesame oil and garlic. Pour over turkey
Cook for 5 to 6 hours on low or 2 1/2 to 3 hours on high.
Transfer turkey to a serving platter and cover with foil to keep warm.
Strain cooking liquid into a small saucepan.
In a small bowl combine cornstarch and and water and stir into cooking liquid.
Cook and stir liquids over medium heat until thickened and bubbly and cook 2 minutes more.
Slice turkey, if desired.
Spoon sauce over turkey.
