Ingredients
- 24 oz apples, peeled and sliced
- 4 T raisins
- 1/2 C water
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 4 tsp brown sugar
- dash lemon juice
- ---------------------
- Topping
- 1 1/2 oz cornflakes
- 3 T coconut shredded or flaked
- 6 T flour
- 3 T low fat stick margarine
- 1/4 C brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 dashes of nutmeg
- -----------------------
- Hard Sauce
- 1/2 C butter, softened
- 1 1/2 C powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla or 1 T brandy or light rum

Preparation
Step 1
- Mix first 6 ingedients in a sprayed 9 X 9 pan and bake at 375° for 20 min.
- Mix toping ingredients till crumbly and sprinkle on cooked apples; bake 15 min. more
- Mix hard sauce ingredients and chill; scoop 1 - 2 tsps onto hot dessert to serve
