Ingredients
- 2 pounds veal
- 1/2 cup flour
- 4 T butter
- 2/3 cup marsala wine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 envelope or cube beef boullion

Preparation
Step 1
Flour veal lightly and brown lightly in butter. Remove and keep warm. Stir wine, salt, pepper and boullion into fry pan,scraping bits from side of pan and dissolving boullion. Cook 2 minutes. Return veal to pan and simmer 5 minutes.
