Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 2 small onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp. worchestershire sauce
- 1 pkg. chicken stuffing mix
- 1 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
chop pork chops in 12" skillet until done. remove from skillet. set aside.
add onions cook until golden bron. add worchestershire sauce. return chops to skillet. spoon sauce and onions over chops.
mix water and stuffing mix and spoon around edges of skillet. top with cheese. cook. covered about 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
