  • 2 organic zucchinis, sprialized
  • 1 large organic carrot, peeled and spiralized
  • 1 large organic parsnip, peeled and spiralized
  • Fat of choice
  • Pasta sauce {I use my Golden Nomato Pasta Sauce}


Cooking time 6mins


Step 1

Heat fat in a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
Add the spiralized vegetables and cook, stirring occasionally until reaching desired tenderness.
Add sauce during the last few minutes of cook time to let the flavors combine and allow the sauce to heat through.
Serve immediately.
